GND’s collection of your Personal Information is required in order to determine your membership eligibility, provide you the full-service matchmaking and socializing services which we offer, process your online payments for such services, enable you to access third-party services required for the GND assessment process, and to create an internal member profile that GND staff will utilize to determine and arrange your best available matches and social services. Your Personal Information will be held in a database using reasonable security measures to protect the data from unauthorized access. Only GND staff and administrators will have full access to the full content of your Personal Information, and it will not be disclosed to any third-parties except as described below.
How Can Your Personal Information Be Used?
- Within GND.
When you purchase products or services from GND we will use your Personal Information to process and evaluate your membership application, process your online payments for such memberships and related services, and to make available to you and to in turn receive back personality and match-making assessment information pursuant to the GND matchmaking process.
We may have links to third party-operated sites that sell or license certain music, videos, or other goods mentioned, provided, or promoted on GND. Unless a site is within the GND domain (as generally indicated by a web address beginning with www.guysandgirlsnextdoor), it is not operated or controlled by GND, and any transactions that you may enter into with such sites will be subject to the privacy and security practices of the merchant with which you are transacting. GND is not responsible for the privacy and security practices of sites not in our immediate control.
We may use your Personal Information and other non-personally identifying information we collect to update you about our products or services or to contact you about exciting offers of GND services, events, announcements, or special offers and discounts with GND’s affiliates that we believe may be of interest to you. You always have the option to receive fewer or no communications in the future from us by opting out. - Credit Card Information.
GND utilizes the services of PayPal to process members’ online payments for memberships and related events and services. Your credit card information will be collected and stored for this purpose and by this means exclusively, We will not share your credit card information with any other GND company or third party unless that company needs the number for the fulfillment or processing of your membership or related third-party services necessary to the GND match-making process. We do not rent, sell or share credit card information with promotional partners or other third parties.
- With GND-Related Third-Parties.
Except for credit card information as explained above, when you give Personal Information to GND, we may share that data (together with non-personally identifying information you may provide) with special vendors GND related companies. As a result of this sharing, you may receive communications from GND restaurant, activities, or entertainment venues and providers that include offers of products or services tailored to your interests. These communications might include, for example, emails or mailed literature about new products or services, promotions, discounts, sales, openings of new facilities or websites or other similar information specially offered to GND members. Such communications may be made by GND on our partnered third-parties’ behalf, or by those third-parties directly, pursuant to their privacy policies.

- Non-Identifying Information.
Finally, without any specific approval from you, we may develop general aggregate data (i.e., data that cannot be used to identify specific individuals) about our user community that is partly based on information about you and your transactions with GND. For example, hypothetically, you might be one of 1,000,000 customers between the ages of 25 and 35. We may share such aggregate statistics with other GND-related companies, and for GND’s internal development and usage assessment, without your consent.
- Legal Enforcement and Liability Purposes.
We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information, including credit card information, as required by law or in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against you if you are violating the Terms of Service for this site, or may be causing injury to or interference (intentionally or unintentionally) with our company's rights or property, other users of this site or anyone else who could be harmed by your activities. - As an Asset of GND

GND cares about the security of your Personal Information.
